The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. The location was ideal, close to the airport and easy to reach. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had poor security measures, which made me feel unsafe. There were some incidents where unknown individuals accessed the guest areas without proper identification.

had a fantastic weekend in daegu, novotel exceeded expectations. staff were super helpful when our bags got lost and gave us umbrellas when it rained. room was great with good a/c. will stay again if we come back to korea.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the downtown district and just a block away from the subway station. We loved being so close to everything, including a lovely park. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Andy, Lowell, and Charlotte. They made us feel right at home and their English was excellent, so communication was a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel had a great bar/lounge area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Had a wonderful sleep in the comfortable bed, and the gym on the 7th floor was fantastic for a workout during our vacation. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was great - very convenient for both subway and bus access. The hotel is also located near a shopping district, making it easy to explore and shop. Additionally, the room was clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay during my business trip.

One major downside was the street noise that could be heard from the room facing the city. It was quite loud and even woke me up in the middle of the night.
